We love this "natural" from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Dried on raised beds in the cherry.

This Fair Trade Yirgacheffe comes from the Banko Dhadhato Cooperative, established in 2012, currently with 177 members. It is part of the Yirgacheffee Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union, an organization of coops that help maintain a sustainable life for farmers in the area.

I love Fair Mountain Coffee. Recently, an order was made and they sent me the whole beans instead of ground for cone drip.  I appreciated how quickly they responded and sent me the correct coffee immediately. A positive experience like that makes me a customer for life! I have total confidence in their product and customer service !

When passing through NJ on a trip, I stopped by Fair Mountain and grabbed a bag of these naturally-processed Yirgacheffe beans (my second favorite varietal after Guji). After flying home and giving these a try via a pour-over, I couldn't justify going to the coffee shop for my daily brew anymore when my own coffee tasted that much better. Now, I'm making my way through a 5-pound bag of these beans and couldn't see a reason to go to the coffee shop again. Thanks Fair Mountain!

I'd recently spotted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe in my local supermarket, so I thought I'd try the store brand to see how it compared to Fair Mountain's.   I expected to be unimpressed and I was.  It may have been 1/3 the price, but it might just as well have been Maxwell House or Folger's, ugh!

I cannot say enough how much I love FM's Yirgacheffe!  *SO* much better than any of the mass-produced coffees from the supermarket shelf.  Well worth paying the extra money for, and also it is supporting a local family business -- much needed in these pandemic days.
