notes: This is an excellent, water-process decaffeinated coffee with a sweet, bright flavor and medium body. With hints of creamy caramel and dark chocolate.

where: Ocotepeque region near the Salvador / Guatemala border. Grown high in the mountains, this exceptional altitude creates a coffee with bright snap and gentle sweetness. Grown at 3900 - 5500 feet.

roast profile: medium-dark
