How do I return an item?

We stand behind everything we sell, period. If, for any reason, you're at all unhappy with our product, or if it comes in damaged or you get the wrong order, please call us and we will replace it.
Return coffee beans with 14 days of the ship date and for all other merchandise, within 20 days, for a complete refund. Items must be repacked in original packaging and returned via USPS to:

Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid, we will not accept COD deliveries.
