This "natural" from Bali comes through a collection of family farms in the Kintamani Highlands, which sits atop a large volcanic plateau.
In the 1970's and 1980's, the government distributed coffee seedlings to local farmers to help rejuvenate coffee production. To address water scarcity in 2009,
the farmers began naturally-processing their coffee and the
result was nothing short of spectacular. Grown in the shade among Tangerine and orange trees, this
coffee boasts more fruity,
sweet notes than most naturals we’ve tasted.
notes: a sweet aroma with hints of strawberry, dark cherry and cocoa powder
