Once the perfect balance between these 2 amazing origins was found, the blend was then barrel aged in a Rum cask from Ship Wreck Rum from St. Kitts. This particular cask after its services in St. Kitts, producing Spiced Rum, made its way to Carton Brewing to barrel age their Ship Wreck Porter beer. It is because of this flavorful past that this cask was selected to age this amazing blend.
