Yirgacheffe is an old favorite . Many people may find the Indonesian Timor to their liking but I plan to return to Java on my next trip. Haven't tried the other two yet. Cheers! I finally found coffee I love again! June 29, 2020 Reviewer: Kimberly Hall from Twin Lake, MI United States   I am a long-time coffee drinker, but before receiving my samples from Fair Mountain, it had been years since I truly enjoyed a cup of coffee.  All four of the samples I received (Papau New Guinea, Ethiopia Washed Sidamo, Costa Rica Tarrazu, and Honduras Marcala), are so smooth and delicious, without even a hint of the bitterness I was used to.  Thank you for providing coffee that I can love again, and that I can also feel good about purchasing.
