I am convinced that just like grapes, it's environment that most affects the flavor of the beans.
FM rises above, both in their website and product line. The attractive packaging, printed with the name of the customer for whom the beans were roasted, was a delightful surprise!
Knowing it was freshly roasted just a few days before I received it was a big selling point!
Furthermore, the hand-written note of thanks, and small sample of an intriguing new coffee to try, goes above and beyond.
But nothing exceeds the pure joy of the scent of grinding and brewing my Valle de Cauca coffee except for that first aromatic sip! Mmmmm...
I liked being able to use Paypal, and absolutely required that the beans not be roasted too dark, as other roasters offer in this coffee.
Thank you, FM, your entire operation is a perfect model for all roasters to aspire to!
