Wow, Timor! October 19, 2020 Reviewer: Christine W. from Council Bluffs, IA United States   I stumbled onto this roaster when I searched for organic Sulawesi. I found this Timor, and it had my immediate attention: hints of brown sugar & caramel, with a wild cherry finish. It is seriously delicious. I am an organic heavy-creamaholic, but always try to drink the first cup of a new bean black. I loved it! The second cup had cream, and it was downright magical. Love this roaster, they are personal & they know their quality coffee, and how to roast it— and it translates right into the cup. Was this review helpful to you?
