Excellent roast July 6, 2019 Reviewer: Michael Schussele from Springfield, IL United States   Honduras Marcala is one of my favorite coffee varieties and one which I use to evaluate a coffee roaster. Since the owner of Northwestern Coffee Mill, who had spent years developing the sight, sound, and smell of roasting different coffees for an unburnt quality roast, died a few years ago, I have been searching for a small quality roaster.   This Marcala is an excellent roast and highly enjoyable quality coffee.
