We've been buying this whole bean coffee for several years now, and it has become our only for Sunday mornings and when we have close friends over. It's smooth, low acid, slightly fruity, and just makes the perfect cup of coffee. The price has increased by 30% in the past two years, but it's still worth the price compared to other coffees. For the quality being offered, in a premium varietal, that is organic and fair trade, while trying to use responsible coffee farming practices, I feel that I am not just getting a quality product, but maybe, hopefully, helping to provide some little bit of stability in the chain. Coming from a family that farmed and ranched, that matters to me.
