Great Coffee and Great Service Tuesday, September 19, 2023 Reviewer: Alfio from Koloa, HI United States   I’ve been  buying coffee from FMCR for over a year now and have tried several varieties of coffee, some which were custom roasted per my request.  I have never ever  been disappointed. Surprisingly different from your Huehuetenango Friday, July 9, 2021 Reviewer: Elizabeth Singley from TN United States   I'm experimenting with brewing temperature and so far have best results at 85C, but I prefer a coffee with more body. I thought the Guatemalan and Honduran coffees would be similar, but they are quite distinct. Was this review helpful to you?
