Both are  very smooth.  I always receive my orders promptly, and I appreciated the personal touches like the handwritten thank you note, free samples, and printing my name on the coffee bag! Exceptionally Smooth Coffee! September 19, 2020 Reviewer: Charles Stewart from MANSFIELD, TX United States   Mexico Oaxaca can be difficult to find.  I have tried this coffee from several roasters across America, and have found the Fair Mountain Oaxaca the best!  This coffee is amazingly smooth and leaves a pleasant taste on the palate.  The medium roast captures the best balance of both the unique flavor of this incredible bean and the caramelization level of the medium roast.  Try it soon! Exceptional Coffee! July 23, 2020 Reviewer: Charles Stewart from MANSFIELD, TX United States   I have come to have great appreciation for the Mexico Oaxaca coffee.  To my dismay, it can be difficult to find and purchase.  I have tried several different roasters across America of this excellent bean, but Fair Mountain has produced, in my opinion,  the best-tasting and smoothest roast of this amazing coffee.  The medium roast balances the unique taste of the bean, while adding the special flavor of the roast.  A close to perfect match for a GREAT cup of coffee!  I will be ordering more Mexico Oaxaca from Fair Mountain going forward.
