Roasting Perfection April 9, 2018 Reviewer: N. Valone from San Francisco, CA United States   Fairmountain and its founders have a real passion for quality and it shows in their bean selection and superior roasting process. This Ethiopia Sidamo is a great example; personally, I prefer dark roasted beans but I decided to give this variety a try because if the sample I received with my order.  I am glad I did, Fairnountain's descriptions are spot on (even for a unsophisticated palette like mine) and this lighter roast is very tasty, without being floral or too citric. Thank You, for not selling out to the current fads of barely roasting coffee beans. Was this review helpful to you?
