Delicious! June 20, 2022 Reviewer: Kelly Taylor from Atlantic Highlands , NJ United States   The Chiapas is a delicious blend of coffee beans. They are not oily beans so they do not stick to the machine. There is a subtle chocolate/cherry in the aroma while it is grinding which teases your palate. We enjoy this coffee throughout the day. Always a Favorite May 20, 2022 Reviewer: David Terrien from Castle Pines,, CO United States   This Mexican coffee is my "go-to" - a real treat. Plus Fair Mountain gets it to us out here in Colorado quickly, so that the brew tastes very fresh.  Kudos to Fair Mountain, our source for quality coffee for many years. Their recommendations and service are the best.  I have many favorites but Greg's Blend,  Chiapas, Nicaragua are near the top of my list,  at least until some new variety becomes available to tempt me! Product Mexico Chiapas Fair Trade Organic March 28, 2022 Reviewer: nancy riggleman from tollhouse, CA United States   Since trying this coffee, I have purchased no other.  The cost is reasonable and the last order was received in less than a week!  My daughter, who has moved to the country of Panama, is returning to the states for a visit and has expressed her desire for this Fair Mountain coffee.
