A once in a lifetime blend, an exercise to explore where we can take coffee when we prioritize flavor and let our creativity shine. A perfectly balanced blend of Timor, Papua New Guinea and Flores harvests, for a sweet and delicate cup, with notes of molasses and a silky mouthfeel that carries notes of milk chocolate and vanilla.


This blend prioritizes sweetness and a buttery mouthfeel, a lasting residual taste that evokes notes of sweet milk chocolate.

I’m love all of your coffee, and really enjoy the specials ones that you partner with your coffee producers/partners.  The Beloved blend is amazing!!  I’ve also enjoyed all your previous specials, Atlantic double blue, and shipwrecked.   I’m a big fan of Greg’s Blend and Mocha Java.   Life’s too short to drink bad coffee!!    I even travel  with your coffee on trips!!

Absolutely amazing coffee! Bought 2 of these bags to enjoy as a Valentine’s Day present and Mother’s Day gift to myself. You can definitely detect the delicate floral notes as well as the aged rum. Truly a wonderful coffee I would highly recommend while it lasts!
