Description   Our fair trade, organic Yirgacheffe was obtained through the CHICHU Cooperative in Ethiopia. Established in 1976, the coop now lists 1600 members. The elected executive committee makes decisions about investments such as purchasing new equipment, standards for tree maintenance and how to structure payment to members. The CHICHU cooperative has set a goal to become the best quality organic coffee producer, processor, and exporter in Ethiopia. Great Coffee and Great Service September 19, 2023 Reviewer: Alfio from Koloa, HI United States   I’ve been  buying coffee from FMCR for over a year now and have tried several varieties of coffee, some which were custom roasted per my request.  I have never ever  been disappointed. This Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and the Papua New Guinea are two of my favorites. Mild but full bodied, low acidity, with a subtle berry-like finish. Was this review helpful to you?
